Your data may be disclosed to parties operating as owners, (such as, for example, other companies of the HSD Group in the event that the requested information relates to the goods or services offered by these companies, as well as to supervisory authorities and control and any public entity entitled to request data.
Your data may also be processed on behalf of the Company by persons designated as Managers, to whom appropriate operating instructions are given, and in particular by the company that provides the management and / or maintenance service of the Company's website.
SUBJECTS AUTHORIZED FOR DATA PROCESSING
The data may be processed by employees of the corporate functions responsible for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, who have been expressly authorized to data processing and who have received adequate operating instructions.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA IN COUNTRIES NOT BELONGING TO THE EUROPEAN UNION
Prior to the signing of the standard contractual clauses (Standard Contractual Clauses) adopted / approved by the European Commission pursuant to art. 46, 2, lett. c) and d). The data may be transferred abroad to non-European countries, in particular to other non-EU countries where the HSD group companies are located (USA, China and Korea).
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY - COMPLAINTS TO THE CONTROL AUTHORITY
By contacting the Privacy Office by e-mail at email@example.com the interested parties can ask the owner to access their data, their deletion, the correction of inaccurate data, the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of handling in the cases provided by art. 18 GDPR.
Furthermore, if the data processing is based on consent or on the contract and is carried out with automated tools, the subjects are entitled to receive the data in a structured, commonly used and automatically readable format, as well as, if technically feasible, to transmit them to other holders without hindrance.
The interested parties have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority in the Member State of their habitual residence and place of employment or in the State in which the alleged violation has occurred.
